First time poster here, I think it's pretty good, looking for opinions

kinda low(ish) dmg and int?
its an okay item, no way a trophy tho.

btw. I think 7% attack speed is prefered over the 10% dmg (if looking on the top group wizards on leaderboards)

2/10 for the 150% dmg roll ^^

You need AS + Area dmg on it, obviously with both otherwise, you can keep farming it
