why couldnt nero just do what gon/kurapika did?

and introduce a character and give back story right exactly when gon is almost dead who can magically bring gon back to full health
how convenient

gon is in bad health and is going to die with no cure and no magical help
but wait
let us show you this character that has never been introduced before that also happens to have the power to help gon!

feels like the writer just writes and then pulls something out of his ass right when he needs to because he went too far

the characters are great and it has good character development but holy fuck the cop outs
