I have a question. This is not meant to be offensive, I am sorry in advance if this does. As I am sure it may get removed if it was that bad anyway.

But.

How many people do you think would change their view on faith if Heaven wasn't promised?

Many have unshakable faith as well, and I am not trying to stray too far. However, an open, honest question.

Dear friends, Take this moment, If you want to accept Jesus Christ free gift of salvation, pray this from your heart, humbly to God:

"Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that You died on the Cross and Rose from the dead for my sins. I ask you to come into my heart and forgive me for my sins, save me, take me to be with You when I die. I now receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus holy name, Amen."

If you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ and meant it with all of your heart, you are now a child of God and will go to heaven

Who says that Heaven wasn't promised? It would depend on who delivered the message. I would never listen to somebody as dull as Morphmcmanerson.

If you say that God says that Heaven isn't promised then I would wonder how you think he would deliver such a message when we have access to his message through The Bible.

Since the most famous verse in The Bible, John 3:16, pretty much promises Heaven then you would have to come up with indisputable evidence that the crucifixion and resurrection never happened.

If somebody manages to do that then there would be no faith for anyone to have. Chaos would indeed follow. I must know though, do you have any such evidence that proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that the crucifixion and resurrection never happened?

Are you reading too much into my words?

I am not saying that it did or did not happen.

My question was: How many people do you think would change their view on faith if Heaven wasn't promised

This doesn't mean I question faith and events itself. I was asking, IF (I'll underline and bold it for you), this was not promised, would people still hold strong?

Do not expect a clear answer since probably 100% of his people would no longer being interested.
His religion is extremely selfish, exploiting the natural fear of death of each individual.

Real christians from Roman Churchâ„¢ are probably better for this reason; they are not blasted 24/7 by hell threats or fake promises, most of the time the speeches are on the compassion, charity, sharing... In clear words: they arent fanatics.

I'm not here to bash. Religion, beliefs, and spirituality is/can be sensitive subject for a lot of people. So I understand. However, don't read too much into my questions. I am not saying what is false and what is real. Not mine to discuss. I was just curious on peoples point of view. I do appreciate the input.

E* Typo
