Not so sure Jesus/Yeshua would define himself as anything at all since he supposedly was a master and one with the pure consciousness of I am. Like that which some sages, masters, enlightened beings are conveying to anyone who wants to listen today, to discover their own silence of being, their own presence of pure is-ness, their own true core natural selves. That within each one of us that perceives even the function of perception. Like Gangaji, Adyashanti, Mooji, Papaji (no longer alive), Eckart Tolle etc is pointing to.
Isn't it said that before the word there is God? So to really become one with God, our own essence, one must find what is already silent, still and pure.. Prayers of silence. And put ones attention on that, that which watches even the attention going...So it must be more subtle than even the attention... to marinate with, merge with and be exchanged to that imageless essence of our own core self. What is it that perceives the function of perception, can the perceiving be perceived?
