omg YES PLEASE:
Quote (Ryan Hannable)
One of the biggest question marks with the Patriots following Super Bowl LII was the future of the coaching staff.
After Josh McDaniels changed his mind about coaching the Colts and thus kept Joe Judge and Jerry Schuplinski in New England, the next biggest question was what would happen with offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia?
Well, it appears he will be back, too.
According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, the Patriots coaching staff returned to work last week and that included Scarnecchia. He noted barring something unexpected, he should be back on the staff for the 2018 season.
This is great news for the Patriots, as the 70-year-old is one of the best assistant coaches in the entire NFL.
The reason why his status was in question was during Super Bowl week he wouldn't commit to coaching beyond the game against the Eagles.
