What character would be the best for mf and why?

MF doesn't really exist in LS. Magic luck does help you but it isn't super substantial like D2 or something.

If you want to MF the best way is to find and fight as many evil presences as possible as well as using the item wells.

That being said, items don't really drop that often so I wouldn't hold your breath. LS is not a game to make FG from.

Magic luck only helps with increasing Stat rolls on an item, from what I have gathered it is very insignificant. I am still testing though. Even with 20+ ML I am still finding ee items with like 1-20ee. ML does not increase number of items dropped so higher level items are just as rare and the chance of finding an ee higher level is even more rare and then u gotta hope ur ML rolls it better. I think u will have a better chance increasing number of climbs and hope to find something via mass quantity
