This suggestion is for being able to sell Services in aiding with things such as "Realm Down" in Diablo, or Tweeks to game software or personal software

Obviously Verification is at the hands of people just like with trading and scammers are to be reported.

Clearly these are things anyone can do ON THEIR OWN
But just like you can create a signature or Avatar yourself with any online Program, some people would rather someone tell them how to do it and point them in that direction or just do it for them.

Obviously those with the technical skills should be able to get compensated for their knowledge and time just like Graphic Design creators for creating Signatures and Avatars.
