Ummm, what do i need to play guildwars 2, and is there an expansion? If so, what is the original gw2 called, and what is the xpac called? Would appreciate some insight, thanks!

guild wars 2 is free to play and free to download

its expansion costs 50 dollars currently if i am not mistaken

expansion content cannot be access without a purchase obviously

I've bought 2 keys so far for the xpac, one for posting on forums, and one for my main acc. Around $30 each and completely legit, do not pay 50 for the xpac.
