If that int had been dex it would be mq worthy at lvl 10 for any axe character xD

Still a great find... str for those that use str req gear and also healing with ACC slot.

you basically saying that charm would be better if it had a higher level requirement ? just becasue there is no heal needed at that level doesnt mean its not usable on higher levels.

i think that charm is quite nice and useful . Beating 40 (46) stats up to level 30 is not really easy.

Should take into consideration that hybrid abilities got tweaked not too long ago aswell.

Yea and that vita + int will give you some defense what is very important on HC.

Im saying for a low lvl charm the int is next to useless and at a higher lvl Id be more likely to use a 30+ stat charm that actually affects my damage output before I used this for a minor defense and acc heal boost. Sure it might be 46 stats but only 20 of them are really important the other 24 are side mods. Dont get me wrong its a nice charm but in my opinion the int/vit isnt really that useful and by the time it would be useful you more than likely have access to better charms.
