I know that wolf and bear form only depends on weapon speeds,
other gear's ias is ignored.

BUT I was playing dudu and found out that sigon gloves+belt ( +30 ias ) set bonus
did boost my ias. are only set items that can do this? what other items can do this? LMK

Any other item can boost your attack speed.

nvm i just tested,

wolf is dependent ONLY on weapon
bear can get ias from other gear ( but ias on weapon is like really faster than ias off other parts )

never knew it lol

Not true. Test again, with a 0% ias Thundermaul. Then, add off-weapon ias, and see the difference.

Wolf and Bear get MOST effective IAS from Weapon... But example in your case where you are low lvl and you don't use any high speed weapon with base Ias then some OIAS ( like Sigon part bonus ) can help.

Dunno where ppl get that bullshit that Wolf and Bear get Ias only from weapon.. It's not a fucking WW Barb :D

But yes, any Ias can help at low lvl. Google : D2 Ias Calculator and check how much OIAS can help you atm and get that missing IAS if it's easy. Faster attacks are allways good thing.

And that is bullshit... Check it by yourselff with Ias Calc. As feanur said add TM w/o any IAS and then add some OIAS. You will see how it helps... It's not much, like 13 FPA to 11 FPA or something like that but still.

As you can see... Whit TM ( zero Ias ) and LvL 25 Werewolf form you will get faster attack when you add some OIAS : 10, 15, 20 and 25 Ias.

But also, as you can see, when weapon have enough IAS ( in this case 20 Ias ) it wont get any effect from OIAS. It's all depents your : Weapon base speed, weapon Ias and your Werewolf form LvL...

Well i just said it more clearly... Seems like he didn't get it at first time.. And that is not fist time when ppl wont get a fact when it has been said first time..
