working on macros mostly limiting my carbs. dont eat stuff with enriched flour etc. for carbs canbeans for protein also. frozen veggies. berrys. ezekiels organic bread. black rice. organic oats.
thinking about getting a digital scale to be more accurate in what i eat.
also maybe sweet potatoes could be incorporated in diet.
protein is from canned fish not too much cuz of mercury toxins left in fishies. beans like turtle beans. red beans etc. some chicken. i wanna incorporate protein powder but some dont know im on disability so funds are limited for isolate whey allergic to milk etc and vegan or beef protein powder expensivo.
also some tofu products tempe, organic peanut butter. peanuts raw almonds, raw pumpkin seeds.
supplements is Omega 3-6-9 purified toxin free. vitamin c. vitamin b12. calcium magnesium. zinc. protein later and maybe glutamate.
i suffer from chronic pain so i try to get to gym 2-3 times a week and do sauna kickboxing and other cardio. today i did stair climbing in my building up 4 floors and go down slow in intervals for 35 minutes. my knees hurt.
if anybody got ideas to ease my pain besides chiro treatements i get sometimes cost alot, i take epsom salt baths and do stretching would be great.
for training i mostly do drop sets. 15-20. than 12. than 10. than 8. 3-4 than another 10 for surplus reps. id do 5x5 if my neck and back could handle the heavier weights
i try to hit all muscle groups in my 3 trainings. and sometimes do Hiit workouts at home.

my lifts are dumbbell chest press 75 pounds each side.
bench like 140.
Legpress 6 plates on each side of 45lbs.
hacksquat 365~ around. for 3-4 reps.
regular squats just 235.
deadlift like 245~ or something back locksup after this
been lifting on and off since 1997 but after car injury in 2006 havent been able to lift much tbh cardio a bit. my knowledge is from oldschool 70s-80s methods and nutrition well just mostly general and specific to athletes witch im not was an athlete long time ago
im open to ideas or anything you guys think could better my getting healthier experience.
