I think a tank vlad build could work extremely well on vlad with grasp of the undying

-tank vlad were the only games i've ever won on vlad ;_;

Recently, most people I've seen play Vlad go for a tankier build.
WOTA into items like Spirit Visage, Rylais, Randuins rather than the high damage builds like WOTA into Rabadon, Zhonya, Abyssal

in the past i've had these kinds of builds work for me consistently - i suppose vlad's base damages are high enough with 4 stacks of his e?

i'm thinking wota, rylas, zhonyas, spirit visage, randuins, merc treads

let me know if vlad e-stacks
increases WOTA healings
since it not provide selheal/health regen/spellvamp

Well he gets AP from HP so building HP based bruiser builds still gives damage.
Throwing a Rabadon at the end of any Vlad build is an insane power spike (AP gives HP, HP gives AP, then Rabadon increases it all by 30%)
He has a lot of good items to build so it's hard to narrow it down to 6.
