AC has been garbage for awhile, I wouldn't recommend buying this unless you enjoy incredibly tedious combat and a mediocre story lol.
COD is way more enjoyable than I anticipated, I'm playing on Ps4, so we won't be able to play together, but I do enjoy the game a lot. Weapon variety is insane, the amount of viable weapons is the most I've seen since MW2. The maps are all pretty good, I'd say there's probably only two in total that I dislike. Killstreaks are fine, none of them are too overpowered. The mothership seems like it could be incredibly beast, but I've never seen an enemy get one, only a teammate and it was on a game where the enemies were dying so fast that he only got like 5 kills with it I think. The modes are good, it has good variety like Bo2 did, they added back some of my favorites like HP for comp and Gun Game for fucking around. Hit detection is solidish, better than Ghosts/AW. Weapon damage, hits on your screen vs hits actually taken because of delay are still an issue, pretty much the same as Bo2. One game your burst gun will 1-2 shot every single time, next game it can take 3-4 every single time.
I'm not getting SW, I fucking EA and I've got no faith in them being able to produce anything that's not a money-grab. It sounded to me like you HAD TO buy the season pass, otherwise you get fucked for even picking up the game. I absolutely hate that these companies are making you pay $100 - $120 for a single fucking game these days, it's just ludicrous and I try to avoid any franchise that uses that sort of model.
