This one is on sale right now, I just want a decent monitor 1440p and 27inch and this fits the budget.
Mostly light gaming, nothing hardcore. More on photoshop/vegas pro and watching moives I guess.

That would be ideal, yes but im not that odc about quality of monitor I guess. This one is PLS and its not as bad as TN panel monitors.
Also, this would be just a monitor on the side of my "future" gaming monitor.

PLS is samsungs version of IPS, They're basically the same thing. But the term IPS copyrighted iirc.

The first one you linked, Is Dvi dual link only meaning its overclockable, They typically reach 96hz without issue, some hit 120+

There's a few different types of the qnix, Multi-Input (Doesnt OC), True-10 (Lies), There's also a glossy version of the single input model.
