1. you made a game with no pass and left items on the ground in a public game
2. didn't use a trade window between you and your friend
3. no preivously agreed trade on d2jsp through trade topic or PM

sure its bm to pick up other people's items but its no way a "scam". gl

Well if I were him I would have thought they were unperm too, no one just throws items worth that much on the ground in a public game, that's just retarded.... it's not his fault you weren't smart enought to have someone hold them.....
