Been carrying a "runner's knee" injury due to high mileage in the past month. Might have to ease off this week to prevent further injury. Not to worry, I'll still run this week.

Finished that week off at 54km in 4 days.

This week started off strong. Monday ran twice and finished 26km.

Today not so hot, 9km morning plus bike/elliptical. Preparing for holidays and birthday, so had to cram in a week's (5 days) worth of exercise in two intense days.

Weighing 76.4kg (168.1 lbs).

Not losing the weight as quickly as I'd like, looking to undergo a water cycling routine and finally drop the excess weight. Forecasting to be around the very high 150s if I do it correctly...
