This is a revival/continuation of this progress thread.

The last progress trek was steady, but was halted severely due to circumstances and injuries.

My new trek is reborn with new vigor and unseen energy compared to previous.

The goal is to obtain 155 lbs (70.4kg) and with great muscle tone onto a 5'11.5" built frame and potentially revive some solo training in basic kickboxing.

Current weight is 178 lbs (81kg).

It is time to resurrect the ancient beast...

Good week it's been. Had four days working out this week and focused on cardio. (8km gym, 12km outside, 10km outside and 5km gym). This week was a great transition from inactivity, next week will be even better.

I need to focus on my muscular endurance also, seeing that I've lost significant tone. It will be a long journey, but this time I am ever more focused to meet my goal. The eating this week was great, very healthy and especially very minimal overeating during dinner.

I weighed in at 175.7 lbs (79.9kg)

Good week it's been, still haven't fully detoxed, but I'm almost there.

Finished this week at 48km run within 5 days and weighed in at 173 lbs (78.6kg) today.

Hard to detox from the weekend. Went a bit hardcore into the food, but doing alright for beginning of the week. Still cruising at the 171 lb mark. Already ran 20km and it's Tuesday morning. I might run again later, another 5km at least, but feeling a bit sore. We'll see what today has in store. Aiming to break 60km run total this week, but this time I'll do it within 5 days whereas last week was 53km within 4 days.

I will post here again at the end of the week; this upcoming weigh-in will mark another improvement, I'm sure of it.

Hard week. Completed this week having run 71KM (44.4mi) total in 5 days. Couldn't get the most accurate weigh in this week due to higher intake of water/carbs.

Still managed to go under, nevertheless. 77.5kg (170.5 lbs). Planning to detox and run a bit less next weekend and get a better weigh in. Should hit the 165 lb mark soon. :)

There's absolutely nothing more rewarding than this. Only you yourself have the power and capability of your own happiness and true confidence in capability.

Hovering around 169 lbs (just under 77kg) without much detox. Time to rest up this weekend, will have another intense training week coming up. :)
