Squat 265 3x5-5-4 failed on last set. gonna drop 10% in weight and go from there.

Weighed in at 170 lbs this morning . On track with my plans to gain about 2 lbs a month... Best I've ever looked and felt in my life.


Also tried some front squats with just the bar today and I suck at them . Plain and simple . Feels so uncomfortable and I get pain in my wrists/hands

Got wrist wraps and they really made my wrists feel more stable.
