http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2015/09/28/martin-shkreli-is-a-creature-of-fda-regulation-not-pharma-industrys-greed/

it amazes me how these people continue to cry about regulations being the problem and are incapable of admitting or renouncing the greed that motivates guys like this

they simply cannot assign blame where it belongs - to the dbag that jacked up the price of a life saving drug out of greed

They sound as if they are defending Shkreli but they bury this gem down at the bottom even the bloodsucking trade associations don't allow him to join them. But yeah it's all Hilirays fault and those danged safety regulations.

So, Mr. Shkreli has become the poster child for pharmaceutical greed, although the pharmaceutical industry has renounced him. Both trade associations, PhRMA and BIO, have stated that Mr. Shkreli is not one of them. Indeed, his a business model is one which mainstream drug makers have rejected.

You really can't judge Forbes -- so much depends on who the author of whatever the article in question is. It could be someone competent, it could be someone brand new, or it could be a punchline like Avik Roy. There's so much variance.
