I wanted to start watching naruto again so i searched for it but there are like two different types.

Regular naruto and naruto shippuden

No, Naruto ages like Benjamin Button, they just released Shippuden after Naruto because they felt like it. You're suppose to start with the very last episode of Shippuden and then work your way back.

one is the prequel other is the sequel.
Go watch first episode of each to figure out which one is which. It's pretty obvious

As Naruto grows up the show also becomes more mature
