I would like to suggest the idea of group private messaging.

This would be useful when you want to relay information between multiple users but you would also like to have those users see each other user's reply. Think of it as group SMS for JSP. (Much like group SMS for phones but with users on JSP.)

We could split the users in the "To:" box using semi-colons. Below is a picture I have for reference.

It won't happen due to the fact it has been suggested and denied many times.

More specifically, this post explains the rejection for multiple mailing.
