Well after many years of using this forum for strict game usage I decided I'd ask all of your opinions on anyone that owns one or hopefully both....
Son is now 8, bought him a T-Maxx when he was 5 but he has outgrown it and is pretty talented with it.... He's wanting to join competitions of other people his age and in his bracket so that means I need to buy him something that can be modified to an extent and handle a bashing
I'm trying to figure out if I should buy him the new brushless revo or maxx.... Money isn't the case here.
All opinions very welcome.

Hopefully there's not an RC section I'm missing and posting this in the wrong section if so... Could I get a mod to pm me to the correct section or move it if they have time?
