New to this game and wanna try it out since its f2p, any tips would be nice!

The only real thing you need to pay attention to is the "race specific skills." Check out sylvari skills - they have a cool bind. Other than that race determines almost nothing besides for story. It's more who you want to roleplay as ( I didn't understand this at first), but really the only thing it affects is race specific elite and utility spells.

E: Racial skills cannot be used in pvp apparently. Another thing to note.

Also how do most of u walk in the game? Wasd-arrow keys- or mouse?
And what do you guys have ur skills on? Numbers or keys, or etc.. Just curious

wasd + mouse
i have weapon + healskill on 1-6 and the other skills QRX + elite C

does it ever feel like you are slow moving ur fingers from wasd to 1-2-3-4 etc..?

if you have a mouse like the naga or one with a few keys it really helps. I use WASD to move and my f1-f4 skills are set to 7-10 on my mouse buttons. Skill 1-6 are also on my mouse. I move screen with my mouse and A D are my strafe keys. Q + E change from right to left facing if I feel like only playing with mouse. My utility spells are Z X C which i press with thumb of my left hand.

Once you get comfortable you can play just with mouse or just with your left hand for movement purposes. (hold both mouse keys to walk forward - move mouse to change direction)

Lots of ways you can do it, but try to find something efficient soon. If you do something that's difficult to change spells fast you won't be able to do complicated spell rotations while moving and attacking like in pvp.

I think it's just a matter of getting used to...although I guess I prefer games like marvel heroes-Diablo-path of exile.
In games similar to guild wars 2 I usualy just go to max lvl and then play league or sc2 XD. I find pvp in these games boring...

i usually use R ( autowalk ) or just W and just use the mouse when im using my 1-6 skills
