why is my attack so slow on mage when i have small knife on (dagger with int) and use my fire charm.. it should be way faster..

and why the hell does my charm not works in inventory.. my fire skillers work in d2 when i have them in inventory ?

maybe they work if i put the charm into my ladder slasher stash ?
