TERMS, CONDITIONS, GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION:
*** All services that require account access are 100% hand done - human will be controlling your character, no bots, hacks or any 3rd party software (optionally, you can purchase Twitch stream to oversee it). Your account's safety is the most important thing and nothing will be done to endanger it (VPN will be used).
*** All services will begin immediately or within a few hours (up to 24h), no gear is required (though it will be faster if your char can survive on T10 - please prepare max Toughness gear if you can).
*** All whispers and party invites will be ignored (unless specified otherwise by you).
*** Your crafting materials and rift keystones will not be used (after service is completed, you will have the same amount or more).
*** If you order a service that may grant a lot of items, please prepare enough stash room (all 5 tabs + character's inventory empty) for faster delivery. This is easily accomplished by creating lvl 1 characters (mules) and putting items there (I advise leaving legendary gems in the stash, unless you want duplicates). Do not leave salvage decision to the booster or you may lose an item that you care about.
*** Delivery time is just an average, do not treat it as fixed deadline as most of those services are up to RNG God, not me. However very rarely anything takes longer than double of the listed time. Deadlines do not include Bnet server issues or maintenance.
*** Please have enough time to complete the self play order in 1 gaming session with little to no breaks. If you disconnect in a critical moment or disappear during the boost (and your availability will be very poor - less than 3h a day, during the next 14 days), I reserve the right to treat boost as successfully completed. Sorry but I can't wait for you forever or perform the same thing twice for free : (
*** If you often fail to join the game (disconnect/drop), please write something in chat/whisper once your game is loaded
*** You may cancel your order at any time. If it was not yet started you will receive 100% refund. If it was partially completed, you will receive amount lowered by the effort and time already spent on the service.
*** Services that require access to your account will lock it during first log-in attempt (make sure you have access to your e-mail/phone or know your secret question or cd-key so you can unlock it for me). Never share your Secret Answer! This is how people get hacked 6-12 months after buying power leveling from shady sellers.
*** All of your information is confidential and will be kept private (nobody needs to know that you are buying a boost). Your account (and only the character you chose for the boost) will only be accessed to do the leveling you purchased, it will not be involved in any activity beyond that.
*** Although I use every precaution possible and risk is very low, you need to know that using illegally obtained gold, items and services may result in account termination or rollback (for example, some of the game developers may consider it unfair ingame advantage). Just because nobody got banned in years, doesn't mean it is 100% safe : (
*** I do this professionally (this is my job), thus I don't care about gearing my own characters, nor I play without getting paid for it, so rest assured that any and all items that drop during any of the services will go to your character (quite a few customers in Classic Diablo had 1-2 billion gold surprise waiting in their stash after a few hours long and cheap service).
*** We can negotiate prices (especially for big jobs) but for example, I won't find a Starmetal for 1/3 of the price. I run a long term, legitimate tax-paying business located in European Union : ]
*** Do not log in during the boost as it may endanger your account or the very least make leveling slower or impossible. If you wish to play during the service, please make arrangements before buying, though it may cost you more to keep to your schedule.
