if you roll 10% you will get only half of it because you are using two weapons.
you need to roll 10% on both weapons to get the 10% damage bonus, which is a waste because you could have rolled 2x 10% cdr instead. thats what a sane person would do.
reroll elite into cdr.
cdr>vita>10%>rest

Area damage is nice now

area damage is still bugged and wont be adressed anytime soon, probably not even in this season.

wtf?
the game is already piss easy and yet people still ask such retarded questions.

you are trolling or you have no clue how 10 % dmg affects weapon damage
i guess first option is true

zgnade is correct.
to get 10% total dmg increase, you need 10% on both weapons, and cool down reduction are a much better choice to keep WotB up all the time. also makes it easier to add ignore pain etc while keeping WotB up.
10+10% cdr > 10% dmg

you need cdr in this build, it's superior either for pushing or speed farming

blizzard implemented, for people like you who cant do basic logic, those red/green dps% numbers. (if you dont know green = better, red = worse)
just compare similiar dps 1hand weapons with each other, while using dual wield.
one with 10% the other without the 10%, the game tells you 5% damage loss/win.

people like you are the reason why this game gets dumbed down with each patch... :wallbash:

I would reroll the elite damage to either CDR or 10% dmg. Your choice. I like CDR on my weps however for solo play, perema wrath/ignore pain.
