can i subscribe to ea access for just one month? as in pay the $5 to get the game early and not have to pay monthly fees after that?

Yea I think so. I have a year on it for 30 bucks. It's a good deal. Comes with all the previous sports games and other shit. Like half way through the year they put the current year games in there so you can play some hockey and basketball without having to pay full price
