I tried with milk when I was younger. Drank whole cup instantly in 4-5 seconds.
Had worst stomach pain ever.^^

30 squats 30 pushups and a quick running, so all your energy is drained then a hot warm milk with honning or without

or fapping whatever make you tired then go to bed

I used unisom sleep aid pills when i had trouble. Worked like a charm and is non addictive.

this is pretty oldschool though but if you have too many thought and just lie there and think and think all night,
you could try and write down most of your thoughts on paper or whatever you like, so you don't have so many thoughts in your head.

it helps some people i know, but not all - but its worth trying and cheaper than buying some things to take etc.
i helps me when i have too many thoughts in my head.

I typically have difficulty sleeping, but what I've found that helps:
  • No eating <2 hours before bed
  • No technology <1 hour before
  • No light (including any lights from router, etc.)
  • Melatonin
