i put a disk in it wont eject. tryed powering off on eject nothinf

what now is it time to go bitch to support and get a refirmished/new xb1 for free? aince its hardware

Try rubbing the button back and forth very rapidly. Be gentle, but be sure to adjust the pressure you use based on the sounds your XBox is making. Hopefully it will eject.

every model has a manual force eject method, atleast every single 360 version has, dont have x1 so havent looked into that yet

ya i did this and it came out

question hardware failure is microsofts problem right? so if the disk readers stops workibg rhey have to replace it right. same with disk if it eats my disk unreadable they have to replace it?

I think there's an open case on the unreadable part so idk

Omg, I thought removing the disc tray would have eradicated the issue of disc's not ejecting. Hope it stays fixed OP.

If it's out of warranty, usually taking it apart and cleaning it works.. If not, you can buy one of the cheap rubber bands that goes around the gears or even find one to replace it. That is usually the culprit for not ejecting
