Make Fort in it and try to sell when you get 1.5lpl and 30res

as a fort 30/1.5 it would sell for 150-200 in nl.. as a base as is I'd say 30-50fg range.. seen 3/3 4os bases sell for 200-300 just because a 3/3 perf fort would sell for 500+
