Yeah good luck proving any of that in a us court system regardless. Case would be thrown out immediately

Tips how to prevent being keylogged/hacked.
1. Never share your account.
2. Never download any sort of mod.
3. Thin out your gear on more than 3 accounts.
4. Never use the same passwords and emails for each account.
5. Change your account and email passwords weekly.


good guide i just read in GW bio ...

writing one for not losing 1600 $

1. dont give 1600 to known scammer
2. repeat step one when necessary

It would be a civil case & would cost more to have Blizzard supply sufficient information to back up the claim to prove said scam occured.
