it was enjoyable week-to-week, though the animation quality was kinda iffy. fuckin lack of ending though.

Yeah, the lack of funding hurt the show. Still enjoyable. Going for a second season. I think it did reasonably well in Japan, so that bodes well for another season, or at least an ova to wrap things up.

well it's the classic "Story is not over, go and buy the manga kids."
