i made animated ava, but its not letting me to put it in the place

it needs to be a ".gif" file. and when you used photoshop to create it you have to "save it for web" and then check the animation runs unlimited.
and then just use imgur.com or any other picturehosting site. and then use the direct link to the gif and put it as your avatar
