I think you mean having property makes people dependant on the government to enforce the claim

freedom is a relative word these days. & who loaned you the money for you house.

It also allows some Corporations to buy your property and throw you out on your ass and if you refuse there is always the "straw drinks your milkshake" thingy.

Well, obviously you need a government to enforce property rights, but I'm speaking of people without property. They are much more likely to depend on the government for sustenance.

I.E. the perpetual welfare receiver who doesn't have any assets they own outright, only debts.
