So i was thinking with the recent events between the US and Cuba, will Fidel be able to maintain communism in Cuba or will we slowly but surely export our Capitalism to them?
We can all agree that one of the main reasons Obama pushed this "normalization" of relations, is because Cuba is an untapped market for a whole lot of people on Wall street to make money off. This is also very good for the Cuban people considering they will see a lot of money coming in. One thing i would like to ask Castro if i had the chance, is how is he going to maintain the loyalty of the people to communism when the exposure to the benefits of capitalism will surely change the hearts of the younger generations?
Do you think that he will try to stop private corporations from digging into Cuba? When he kicks the bucket, will we see Cuba do a 180?
I'm sure over time Cuba will change
