First off, thank you for all your hardwork Rick. There is no replacement for manual and tender loving input to the scandal sheet. You're persistence is unbound and amazes me every time.

To that note, at which point does the 12 months window start and end? My only query obviously pertains to my guildmate:-

To be fair, I don't speak on his behalf, he might want to be taken off the list but this is just a query on my part. Out of all my guildmates over 400 gps, dano is the least inactive. Strange to term it that way but this is the case in terms of LS.

There will be a careful and thorough double-check each month to ensure that no one
who has scored at least 1 GP in the previous 12 months will be removed from the Scandal Sheet.

If there is any doubt at all, I will err on the side of caution.

The most precise time will be when I compare this year' activity with last year's activity as I prepare the 2015 end-year summary.
The stickied Scandal Sheet summarizing 2014 activity will be the final judge
