with that energy + str bonus save on stats, gives you what a base of +88 mana before buffs.

this circ is pretty sec c mate gl with sales was jus curious of stats.

....but just thinking. if same jewels from circ #2 was in circ #1 (idk ur char lvl)

that would give you same hat but with + 108 mana at ur lvl, instead of + 88 in total

so isnt circ #1 better technically?

i believe circ 1 is slightly better for mana... they are both prty much similar tho.. may a few mana difference .. but jewels cost too ;P
