Rules:
This US East NL Tournament will be a 3 month event from start date of September 15th and ending on December 1st.
Sign ups have begun, please send your Entrance Fee of 100Fg with title "BoE Fee" to BeSh.
All Fg will be disbursed from BeSh when the tournament is over.

1st = 45% + Trophy
2nd = 35% + Trophy

Tournament Rules:
-This tournament is scheduled to end on xx, between the start date and the end date; everyone is expected to schedule time to duel each other at time that is best for both players.
- If an admin is required, you may request one. An admin list will be provided before the launch of the tournament.
- Gear check can be requested by opponent.
- No eth items may be used unless it is the following: eth items Must be either, repair mod, zod'd, or zBug'd and be permanent (i.e. No Unperms)
- No use of eth items that do not fall into the stats above (eg. Eth Fury BB , Eth beastz, Eth Duress , Unperm Eth Arreats, Eth Shakos ... etc)
- Unperms are NOT allowed of any form, there will be no perming out, anyone asking for perm will automatically lose the match 7-0 regardless of the outcome of the round.
- NO HYBRID RUNEWORDS!

The rules when dueling will be simple:
- Gear checks required if requested by the opponent prior to battle or any time between battle (Refs may be requested but not required).
- Game can be requested to be 2 or 3 player game to reduce lag (this is up to the players) - no spectators are allowed unless the dueling party agrees to it.
- No going to stash, swapping of charms, or gears are permitted once battle has begun, unless both parties agree.
- You are only allowed 2 stash visits! (If both parties agree!) This is to keep everything moving. (Some people don't have all day to duel while you figure them out...)
- No use of tokens after match has begun!
- No Prebuffing is allowed before the fight (One must buff while in the battle field).
- No 3 warcry amulets, skill rings, or spiders. Inventory must be filled with charms. Any open spots are to be filled with mana pots or scrolls.
- Must reset CA (Chilling Armor) by rejoining or killed in game after each fight.
- No use of poison, chants or healing pots.
- No running during duel. (As a Dodging/Flee tactic). FIGHT LIKE A MAN!
- No ww'ing away from during duel (As a Dodging/Flee tactic). FIGHT LIKE A MAN! Don't make your opponant chase you down so you can counter ww them all day... If an admin is required you can get penalized and lose every round you do this!
- Must duel in Inner Cloister (No dueling outside of town!)!
- No Tmc or any other 3rd party programs.
- No Leap for whatever reason during the duel - doing so will cost you that round (not the entire match).
- You must have enough strength to pick up your body without switching gear, no towning for gear pick up.
- Duels are Ft7 (First to 7).
- Final 4 are Ft10 (First to 10).

The rules for forum behavior of this event and thread:
- There will be no drama postings on the thread, please keep this event GM.
- Anyone who incites drama by posting flagrant remarks and personal attacks of other players and/or opponents will be spoken to by one of the mediators of the event, second incident will result in expulsion from the event (with no refund).
- Posting should be strictly limited to posting of scores and remarks that are relevant to the thread. Let's keep this event spam free to be considerate of everyone participating in this event.
- Anyone posting excessive spams in the threads and attracting drama will be talked to and warned by the event mediators (BeSh/UpS_SmoKeOUT). Continued spamming of the thread will result in the individual being removed from the event (with no refund). If you have something to ask or opinions, please Pm one of the admins or a tournament mediator.
- In an effort to respect every individuals right to enjoy this event, we ask that any and all feedback or concerns of the event be sent via PM to BeSh or UpS_SmoKeOUT, and should not be posted in this thread.

How to Challenge players and rules for Jsp PM's:
- Check the roster, and each person whom you have not dueled should be considered available to duel(The best way to do this is make a notepad on your desktop with all of the participants and after you duel them put the score by it. Save it everytime!).
- You have 3 months to duel everyone, and anyone can challenge each other during this period.
- Everyone is expected to remove any blocks (Jsp Message or in game PM capability) during this tournament period to open up challenge and communication.
- IMPORTANT: After each duel, the winner must post score of the round immediately (within reason).

Inactivity:
- Everyone will have exactly the same time to duel everyone eachother. Failing to duel will leave you with lower total points- resulting in lower overall score.
- If a player quits mid event or is unable to finish the event for any reason, then that person's score/record will be wiped clean from all other players record that they may have dueled and the scores will be re-calculated. (Save us all the headache and stick with it.)
- There is no waiting to challenge each other as you can duel as many players as you can fit into your's and their schedule.
- If the other opponent does not respond to a PM by the other opponent, then he/she will be PM'd by one of the mediators for minimum 3 time options (reasonable hours for both players). If after the date and time has been set and agreed to by both parties, one or both of the player no shows, the player/s who "no shows" will forfeit the round and the score of "0" round and "0" kill will be posted for that particular match up.

Official Scores:
Win= 8 points (7 Kills, 1 point for Winning)
Loss= Points are based off # of kills per duel.

Total Score to determine Placement: Most points

The top 4 finalists will be doing a final round face off with each other to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places (Ft10).
These scores will also be added to the total accumulated scores and re-calculated with the same weighted scoring system to determine the final outcome.
