I have been looking online for information in regards to Crafting.

It is to my understanding that you need a ilvl99 Ammulet + recipe in order to create decently gg crafted ammulets.

This is what I need to know:
although the Ammulet needs to be ilvl99
does the jewel also need to be?

Please do not post any links in regards to you can look onhere, i just want a direct answer. thanks.

*Ilvl and Clvl count when u craft items. It is best to use a high level character as well as high ilvl items when
crafting. The only thing that does not affect the craft is the ilvl of the jewels.
