Ran to this random prob a few days ago. My mouse sometimes refuses to click unless(cursor still moves freely) i Alt-Ctrl-Del to bring up the task manager than its starts working again. Its kinda annoying because when am gaming its pulls off that stunt. Anybody ever run to this issue?

Tries differents mouses/keyboard already. All drivers are up to date. Dont ask for specs my comp is from NASA

What mouse is it?

Check for any power saving options in the control panel

That is some program you have running in the background, usually sort of anti virus, or even the actual malaware.

You have two options:
1- find out which program or process is doing it
2- run the game window mode (full screen)

Also another option you can try I don't promise it will work, but you can try , is running that game with desktop composition disabled.
You can find this option when you right click the game shortcut and go to properties.
