I know where the item spawned. The point is that while its fun to use while the PTR is up, the item will no longer exist once the season starts. This is different from an S1, 2, or 3, because you can keep those items once the season ends..
If you find a similar bow during S4, I'll gladly rate it 10/10.

Who cares. With "reroll leggies" feature on new cube all you need to do is find a shit one of these and you can reroll it 10x per day till its godly.

To reroll this using the cube you need the bounty act materials and it is not that small amount.

You need to do endless bounties for all 5 acts to be able to roll this like a boss using the cube.

Hopefully they crack down on the bots like they did in WoW.
