All of these scrubs with their workout plans don't realize that the fundamental requirement is grinding ladder games in Grandmaster league.

im not in grand master, but my best was master with both P and Z in different seasons.

Im thinking perhaps 1 ladder game, then 20 sit ups, then another ladder game, then 20 push ups

rinse and repeat till i start losing too much or cant do any more reps
