I don't play in scania, but some advice. It's super easy to level now. Starting brand new you could get from 1-120 in a week. If you have friends with Kishin (a kanna skill) and holy symbol you could do it in a day.
As far as gear goes, root abyss (ra, aka fafnir) and tyrants are the best to get. Fafnir items are inexpensive less the weapon but tyrant gear is still costly.
