Nah. Blue is superior in terms of speed as well but red is that balance between speed/power with energy conservation.

Easily best episode of saga so far, in terms of drawing quality and content

I agree. It sucks they're going into this Master Roshi episode after that one... it feels like it should have been before. But I always enjoy watching Roshi fight, so I'll definitely watch that ep.
