Just to add a few of my own points:

So far we have "Services" and "Topics" tabs.

Topics tabs are primarily used for anything other than a trade related service and basically all game discussions go there.

There is no need for any other sections for ESports, seeing that this can go under 'topics' as well.

If someone wants to post a guide/strategy discussion, they may do so here.

I'd say get a forum for general post.
We had a post, but it needs to be a sticky.

+ builds and strats section would be good.

Maybe another sticky for Esports?
