The Steam forum is designed to facilitate discussion and exchange of Steam products. You must have the game/item in your inventory and use the Steam trade window to make the exchange. In this forum the following trades are permitted vs. FG.

Allowed Trades

• Steam game trades vs. FG / other Steam games or products (ex; cards).
  
• Steam Trading Cards (https://steamcommunity.com/tradingcards) vs. FG / other Steam games or products (ex; cards ).
  
• Digital Gift Cards (https://store.steampowered.com/digitalgiftcards). Only ISO topics are allowed for these trades.

Illegal Trades

• Trades for real money $$
  
• Steam accounts
  
• Steam Points
  
• Non-digital Gift Cards and codes obtained outside of the Digital Gift Card store (ex; purchased via Best Buy, Gamestop, Walgreens, etc.)
  
• Game codes (ex; Codes that come with videocards)
  
• Do not offer fg/products you don't have currently in your possession.
  
• No trades outside of the Steam platform. Refer to: Game Platforms for trading on other platforms.

If you are looking to trade or purchase CS:GO, DoTA 2, H1Z1, PUBG or any other game specific items (exchanged via the Steam interface) be sure to use the appropriate section. Below is a list of other discussion communities which support the exchange of game items via the Steam interface (this is not exhaustive):

We have removed the following rule from the Illegal Trades section above:

• No games / other steam products are to be traded as gifts

Moving forward you are allowed to trade games as gifts (if they are in your inventory) OR (if you are fulfilling an ISO by purchasing and gifting the game).

Please note that you are still NOT allowed to offer fg/products that you do not currently have in your possession. This means if you do not have the steam game in your inventory you are not allowed to offer it for trade. You are however allowed to fulfill an posted ISO by purchasing and gifting the game.

Mediation Reminder:
For all trades where you are trading fg vs a purchased gift please use a mediator. The mediator will hold the fg while the purchase/gift is being processed and once confirmed we will then pass on the fg to the seller.
