And it's a small hosted tournament.
Considering the matches were at 8:30 I can imagine they're too busy setting up servers and getting everyone in to play nicely.

lol, yeah I see what you mean however....

(A) Never had this problem with Battlefy hosting. We've joined plenty of Battlefy last minute. In fact, they always whispered us LAST MINUTE and asked us to join. You could also SEE the fucking brackets on Battlefy. You cannot on prosports, which is retarded
(B) We DID go by all their protocol and should have been allowed in. If it was full, they should have told us this, not ignored us for an hour. That is sloppy conduct, even by d2jsp pvp ladder standards.
(C) I've been running/moderating pvp scenes for 15 years and have never made an amateur mistake such as this but they claim professional esport environment. I would have expected stronger protocol from them.

(A) Comes down to the clarity part, which you already saw coming when you signed up for it.
(B) Yes, they should've told you. You could've also expected it considering you didn't get a reply soon.
(C) It's just people hosting it voluntarily, which often means you don't get guaranteed profesionalism.
