I'm going to assume you're new to maple and the last time you played is before big bang. So here's the new info
You can change explorer 4th job and each time you do it, it gets more expensive and the higher the level, same deal.
When I say change job, I mean shadower can be NL or a dualblade and you can change back.
During hot time, sometimes they give you a coin for a free job change, so there's that
