My goal for the next 6 months is to get back to my highschool weight (2-3) years ago. I stopped working out and dropped 40 lbs and gained 10% body fat
Starting stats:
180 lbs
17% body fat
One month progress:
191 lbs
11% body fat
goal after 6 months:(hopefully)
225 lbs
5-7% body fat
I'm 6'2" as well so its not like im fat nor chubby just gained a lot of body fat lol
Anyone think this is possible to do in that time frame?
