why it is so hard to advance at higher levels?
it could be just because I have mediocre gear or this is how game turns at ending stage?

if your gear would be mediocre you could finish the game.
but your gear is sadly just trash. try to do naked baalruns at d2.. wont work either
you need at least reasonable gear (60ee lvl 55 sword - 60ee lvl 55 armor - 35str charm) and you will make it

but compared with d2, until getting to hell you will easily find upgrades while here you can barely see 2-3 items above level 15
of course if this is a pay2play game then I could understand the facts
no harsh feelings, the game is playable still, but underbalanced...will get used with that :)

its not the same as d2, you cant just play with whatever you find off the ground, it takes most people months to make it to mq for the first time (normally you would either just fight until you cant anymore and reroll until you find gear, or wait until you can find gear to buy). but you got lucky and found some help. right now i would suggest starting another charachter and playing from lvl 1 until someone comes online to help you grind that char to mq. remember this is not d2, you don't throw away your old gear when you find an upgrade, you save it because you will need it again, after mq your charachter goes back to lvl 1 and you have to climb him back up again until you pass, then you will start from a lvl 1 samurai and so on. save a set of gear for every 5 levels, you will need it later.
